Michelle Latta
Founder/ President
Michelle has spent her 30-year career helping small, mid-size, and Fortune 500 brands grow. She worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day in Los Angeles on the Nissan and Infiniti accounts. She later moved to Pittsburgh and worked in the city's largest ad agencies helping brands like True Value and GlaxoSmithKline succeed. Michelle is an entrepreneur, mother of five, and a former Division 1 NCAA tennis player and team captain. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Maryland and holds a degree in journalism.

Matt Spett
Executive Creative Director
Since 1999, Matt has been producing creative work in all disciplines for clients like Holiday Inn, AT&T, CareerBuilder.com, Porsche, Gatorade, American Airlines, Florida Orange Juice, Tabasco and many others. He's shown up in just about every major award show. After graduating from the University of Kansas, he went on to attend the Portfolio Center and started his career as an Art Director at DDB in Dallas, then moved to Chicago where he joined Element79 and Cramer-Krasselt. Later moving to Atlanta, Matt spent time at BBDO, and Ogilvy as a creative director leading a wide variety of brands on award-winning journeys.

Chris Dutton
Executive Creative Director
Chris attended Washington State University and The Portfolio Center, graduating with a specialization in copywriting. His first jobs found him at Austin Kelley and Huey/Paprocki. Chris then migrated to world-renowned TBWA\Chiat\Day where he worked on brands like SONY, Visa, Apple, Nissan, and Budweiser. But the lure of a performance car brand drew him to Chicago to help run the Porsche account for Cramer-Krasselt. In 2008, Chris moved back to Atlanta where he delivered for clients such as AT&T, Georgia Pacific, Bayer, REI the Marine Corps, and Florida Orange Juice. A recipient of almost every award in the business, he continues to produce breakthrough work for clients daily.

Eric Trow
Chief Brand Strategist
He may be a touch more of a gray fox these days, but Eric always brings fresh, innovative thinking supported by proven expertise. With deep roots in brand strategy, consumer insight, creative direction, and copywriting, he applies his unique blend of experience and skills to an impressive range of industries. Eric has provided his expertise to brands including Philips, Cub Cadet, Eaton, Home Depot, The Pittsburgh Penguins, Federated Investors, S&T Bank, PPG, UPMC, USG, and a whole alphabet more.

Mary Kay Ludwig
Chief Service Officer
Mary Kay has excelled in the competitive world of advertising and marketing by leading with her heart. For more than 25 years, Mary Kay was a key part of the success at independently owned Brunner where she served as Executive Vice President and Partner. Through strategic and client service leadership, Mary Kay guides clients through best-in-class due diligence and communications planning that leads to breakthrough marketing campaigns.

Nikki Bandurski
Management Supervisor
Nikki is a seasoned expert with deep vertical experience in multiple areas of marketing including public relations, social media, influencer marketing, and account management. She’s a long-time agency native and has helped develop award-winning campaigns for some of the most notable belief-driven brands such as Kellogg’s, ConAgra, the Canned Food Alliance, Geek Squad, Knouse Foods, Bob Evans, 84 Lumber, and The Arthritis Foundation. Nikki partners with clients to implement differentiating marketing campaigns that drive results.

Laura Pesko
Account Executive
Laura is an experienced social media marketer and content strategist. She has worked across industries including human services, cultural arts, coworking spaces, and food service. She has a passion for bringing a brand to life through relevant and engaging content. Laura is a perpetual learner and holds various certifications in Hootsuite, Google SEO, Squarespace SEO, and Google Analytics. Laura is a graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, and a minor in Emerging Technology in Business and Design.

Debbie Bish
Director of Brand Strategy, Financial & Retail
Debbie has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Her work experience includes strategic planning, brand management, corporate communications, merger/acquisition integration, community relations, event management, PR, sales, and campaign development. Debbie began her career at Bank One, later moving on to Sky Bank as Senior Vice President of Marketing. She was the Vice President of Corporate Sales and Service Planning Director at Sky Financial Group, later acquired by Huntington Bank. Debbie held the position of Executive Vice President of Marketing at First Place Bank—acquired by Talmer Bancorp in 2012 after which she formed her own consultancy.

Petra Arbutina
Chief Communication Strategist
Petra Arbutina is a former Partner and EVP of Connections Planning at Brunner. Over the course of 25 years Petra has been a leader in communications planning and media buying. Her thoughtful approach to leadership and client work have made her a trusted partner. She has overseen the placement of billions of dollars in media spending, helping to create growth for retailers, CPG brands, healthcare providers and more. Petra was inducted into the Pittsburgh Advertising Hall of Fame in 2017.

Mark O'Hanlon
Art Director
Mark is a creative perfectionist. He is driven to deliver fresh concepts and designs that help clients build their own unique brand. He is an innovative thinker with a deep love of art. Mark is a graduate of Point Park University, with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design. He was awarded Point Park University School of Communication's "Wood Street Communication Outstanding Student Award 2020" due to his work with non-profit organizations in the Pittsburgh area including YWCA, Persad Center, & WE Impact. Mark is also a member of the Interactive Design Foundation.

Radcliffe Fox
When Radcliffe’s not helping build successful brands, his advice is being sought after by kings, presidents and several unnamed titans of business. A veteran of nearly 40 years in the marketing game, he enjoys the occasional Cohiba cigar while watching jai alai and discussing the finer points of chicken catching.
